Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

Our delivery time is normally 5-7 business days. Our goal is to ship your products no later than the day after you place your order. During periods of high demand, either with us or the shipping company, a delay of 1-2 days may occur.

Where is my package?

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that you can use to check the delivery status. You can also download the "Mina paket" app where the tracking number is automatically loaded if you use the same phone number and/or email address that you registered. If you cannot see any tracking information, please contact our customer service at info@posterton.com.

What is the shipping cost?

You get free shipping on all purchases within Sweden.

Order

I want to cancel my order.

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from when you receive the product, in accordance with the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in undamaged condition. If you want to cancel a purchase before your order has left our warehouse, please contact us immediately.

We strive to ship our products as quickly as possible. Sometimes the package may have already been shipped, but feel free to contact our customer service at info@posterton.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Payment

What payment methods do you offer?

We have Klarna as our payment partner, which offers invoice and direct payment among other options. You can see the available payment methods at checkout.

I have not received an invoice.

If you have chosen an invoice with a 14-day due date, it will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If you do not find it there, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, we recommend that you either log in to Klarna's "my pages" which you can find here where you can see all your purchases, or contact Klarna here.

The account invoice is sent on the 10th of each month via email or post, depending on your preference, and is also visible when you log in here or in Klarna's app
