DELIVERY

What is the delivery time?

Our delivery time is normally 1-3 working days. Our goal is to ship your products no later than the day after you place your order. During peak periods for us or our shipping partners, there may be a delay of 1-2 days.

 

Where is my package?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to check the delivery status. You can also use the "Mina paket" app, where the tracking number will be automatically loaded if you use the same phone number and/or email address that you registered. If you cannot see any tracking information, please contact our customer service at info@posterton.se


What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on purchases over 349 SEK; otherwise, the shipping cost is 69 SEK.

 

 

ORDER

I want to cancel my order.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act. The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in undamaged condition. If you wish to cancel an order before it has left our warehouse, please contact us immediately.

We always aim to dispatch our items as quickly as possible; sometimes, the package may already have been shipped. Feel free to contact our customer service at email address: info@posterton.se and we will assist you as soon as possible.

I have not received an order confirmation.

If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find it there, please send an email to info@posterton.se and we will assist you as soon as possible.

 

 

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you offer?

We partner with Klarna for payments, offering options such as invoice and direct payment. You can see available payment methods at checkout.

 

I have not received an invoice.

If you have selected an invoice with a 14-day payment deadline, it will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If you cannot find it there, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, we recommend logging into Klarna's "My pages" where you can view all your purchases, or contact Klarna here.

The account invoice is sent on the 10th of every month via email or post, depending on your preference, and can also be viewed when you log in here or in the Klarna app.

 

 

RETURN/CLAIM

How do I return a product?

You can return products in their original condition. Products must be in good and undamaged condition to be accepted. Frames must be unopened and still in protective plastic. Contact us via email: info@posterton.se and let us know that you wish to make a return; we will provide you with return instructions and a return label. Please include your order number, name, and details of the item(s) you wish to return. The return shipping cost is 49 SEK.

 

How do I make a claim?

If your item is damaged, please contact our customer service at email address info@posterton.se and we will assist you as soon as possible.
