How long does delivery take?

Where’s my order?

When your package has been sent, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can see the status of the delivery. If you can’t find the tracking information or don’t have the email, please contact Customer Service at


How much does shipping cost?

At Posterton, you’ll have free shipping when you order over €49, otherwise it is €5.9 in shipping fee




I want to cancel my order.

If you want to cancel an order before it has left our warehouse, contact us immediately. We always strive to send out our goods as soon as possible, so sometimes the order has already been shipped. Still, you’re welcome to contact Customer Service at and we’ll help you as soon as we can.

You can see all of our current payment methods at the checkout. You can always pay with major debit cards (Visa and MasterCard). 



Returns and refunds

How can I return an item?

You can return products that are undamaged and in their original condition. In order for a return to be approved, frames must be unopened and in the protective plastic. Contact us at to let us know that you want to make a return, and we’ll send you instructions and a return label. Please include the order number, your name and which item(s) you want to return. The shipping cost for returned items is € 19.


How can I apply for a refund?

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service at and we’ll help you as soon as we can.
